Children aged 3 to 18: €2.05 / BGN 4 (for groups of 15 persons, the 16th enters free of charge)
Visitors over 18 years: €3.05 / BGN 6 (for groups of 15 persons, the 16th enters free of charge)
A valid document must be presented. With the purchased tickets, you can pass through the electronic entrance turnstiles within 30 minutes of their issuance. After that, the tickets are no longer active.
SUBSCRIPTION CARD
A non-personalised annual subscription card costs €76.69 / BGN 150 and allows two visits per day to the zoo. It can be purchased at the ticket offices.
The Municipal Enterprise “Sofia Zoo” accepts the following payment methods – cash or payment via POS terminal. At each of the two entrances, there is one POS terminal available at one of the two ticket offices.

Tickets can be purchased from both ticket machines, which are located next to the West and Central entrances of the zoo, under the following conditions:
The machine sells only tickets for adults at a price of 5.11 euros.
- Payment can be made:
-with a debit/credit card issued in Bulgaria or abroad;
-with REVOLUT;
-contactless payment via mobile device.
The ticket is active for up to 30 minutes after issuance. If it is not used for access during this period, it becomes invalid.
After the end of Sofia Zoo’s working hours, the machine does not issue tickets.
Only one person can enter with one ticket.
To access the Zoo, scan the barcode printed on the paper carrier on the turnstile device scanner.
